What do we get paid for? What a great question!

We get paid for being a "Solution to Other People's Breakdowns". We define a breakdown as anything that causes a stop in the action. When that happens, hopefully, you and/or your company will come to mind. How well you are differentiated will govern whether it is you that comes to mind.

Over the next 3 days I will post about the three levels/tiers of differentiation
(1 tier per day). How well you differentiate yourself will dictate whether you come to mind when there is a break in the action for a prospective client.
